Tying up downtown has its perks!

Just outside our gate discover fabulous food establishments serving up local fare and live entertainment.

Mine Oyster

Specializing in raw oysters and sushi, Mine Oyster is located right next door to the marina.  With a varied menu chock full of fresh seafood, experience the best of Maine overlooking your boat and Boothbay Harbor.

On most evenings in July and August, Mine Oyster features live music including local singers and out-of-town bands starting at 9 pm.

The Boathouse Bistro

Putting the recipes of the world into the context of local ingredients, the Bistro offers a broad tempting selection of tastes for our guests to "Wow!" about. Presented with an artful flare, plates are made to delight both visitors and locals alike. Try one or two Tapas for a light appetizer before your entrée or skip the entrée and indulge in an "all Tapas" experience combining two or three Tapas. The Bistro is right around the corner  a one minute walk from the Boothbay Harbor Marina.

McSeagull's

Also located steps away - McSeagull’s Restaurant providing waterfront dining overlooking the Boothbay Harbor Marina.  Serving locally sourced seafood and American dishes,  McSeagull’s originally opened in 1976, and recently underwent a full renovation

Downeast Ice Cream Factory

When  your sweet tooth kicks in - Downeast Ice Cream to the rescue! Located just beyond Mine Oyster and McSeagull's, for over 43 years visitors have been delighted by this old-fashioned, hard ice cream establishment.  Ask us about their "Juniper Point" flavor created by marina owners Kim and Chris' daughters.
